Man pleads guilty to killing stepson

LOVELAND, Ohio (WKRC) -- A man pleads guilty today to stabbing his stepson to death in Loveland. John Cainion entered his plea to two counts of voluntary manslaughter Tuesday. Canion stabbed 26-year-old Cody Sullivan in the back last December at the Chapelwood Apartments. Sullivan died at Bethesda North Hospital. Sentencing is scheduled for June 11th.
