Enjoy! 🔥FIND ME ON SOCIAL MEDIA🔥 https://linktr.ee/MrChefahmed Recipe Ingredients: Cherry Tomatoes 1 cucumber Kalamata olives 2 onion 1 red pepper Olive oil Dried oregano Feta cheese Fusili Pasta (penne or farfalle work well too) Herbs of your choice (basil, mint, parsley) For the dressing: 2 cloves of garlic Olive oil Juice of 1 lemon A little water (around 70-100ml) Instructions: Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package until it is al dente. Once it's done, drain it and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process and cool it down. Prepare your vegetables. Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and red pepper into bite-sized pieces. Slice the kalamata olives. Now, let's prepare the dressing. In a blender, combine the garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and a little bit of water. Blend until smooth. In a large salad bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced vegetables.
