Boris Johnson sets out four-step plan to ease Covid lockdown in England

The prime minister has announced that schools will reopen from 8 March, non-essential retail and outdoor service in pubs and restaurants could be back by 12 April, with indoor service earmarked for 17 May at the earliest.
