Nintendo Pictures Teases Future Animated Nintendo Movies & TV Shows In Development!

Nintendo has acquired Dynamo Pictures Inc., with the intention to make more film and television projects based on their various game franchises. It appears Nintendo will be making more feature film projects as, according to THR, the company has acquired the visual content company Dynamo Pictures Inc. Dynamo makes CG animation for television and video games and also dabbles in motion capture. The deal is expected to close around October at which point Dynamo Pictures will be renamed Nintendo Pictures Co. and become a subsidiary of the company. According to Nintendo, the plan is to "focus on development of visual content utilizing Nintendo IP.” Aside from the upcoming Super Mario Bros movie coming in April 7th 2023.
