Recreational pot passes in Oregon, Alaska

Recreational marijuana use is now legal in Oregon, Alaska and Washington D.C.People 21 years and older can smoke it and even grow it themselves.Oregon and Alaska will eventually set up a system to sell and tax pot.That won't be the case in D.C. where congress could end up overruling the vote.Meanwhile, Florida voters took up medical marijuana.But they fell just short of getting 60% of the vote in order for the measure to pass.
