Hii friends today i m with a simple snack recipe prepared from Lobia beans - Lobia Usli. Usli is south Indian side dish prepared for main course meal with fresh grated coocnut, lemon juice & a little tempering. Black-eyed peas / Lobia beans is a certain type of bean, which have a little oval structure with black eye on it. It can be of various species like red, creamy white, black, brown, and so on. Though it is widely popular for its nice flavor and taste, the nutritious value of the vegetable can also not be ignored.
