Easy Chicken and Sour Cream Casserole Recipe, All IN ONE PAN Basic Easy, Basic ingredients ,,,It was Delicious, I loved the creamy texture the sour cream gave the noodles. Inexpensive, One Pan meal. I bought the large tub of sour cream and used it in several recipes. Ingredients 1.5 Chicken Breast (cut in Strips) 1/4 C Butter 1 Thinly Sliced Onion (optional) 32 oz Chicken Broth 1 Tbl Paprika Salt & Pepper 1 Cup Sour Cream 12 oz Package Noodles All done in one Pan
