"This lectures introduces the ideas of smooth functions and smooth curves on a manifolds. Then introduces vectors as linear differential operators, the associated notion of a tangent space coordinate basis of tangent space, followed by the notion of a one form (aka a covector), cotangent space and coordinate bases for cotangent space. Finally we discuss rank (p,q) tensors."
