You have a ETH node and ETH2 Client up and running, but one thing is missing, monitoring. If the nodes crashed, internet went out, or something went wrong, you need to know in order to mitigate the downtime. Google Cloud has a great free monitoring service (yes free), called Uptime Check. An uptime check is a request sent to a resource to see if it responds. You can use uptime checks to determine the availability of your ETH1 Node, and ETH2 Client. This video will walk you through the steps! For GETH, the port that needs to be opened is 30303 For PRYSM, the port that needs to be opened in 13000 If you find it useful, please let me know, I can make more videos!
