Ingredients:( capsicum gojju) ********************************* Capsicum-3 ho 4 of medium size Bengal gram -1 tbsp Black gram -1 tbsp Mustard-1 tsp Sesame-1 tsp Fenugreek-8 to 10 seeds Red chillies-5 to 6 Freshly grated coconut- 1 cup Tamarind soak it in water - as per the taste Jaggery,salt to taste Preparation: ************************************ In a teaspoon of oil roast all the ingredients as shown in the videos , grind it with a cup of freshly grated coconut. In pan add two tables spoon of oil, add mustard, curry leaves, capsicum, fry it , till it cooks, add the masala , enough water, bring it to boil, add tamarind juice salt to taste, jaggery, boil it for few more minutes,Ready to serve.
