In pan add two tables spoon of oil, add mustard, curry leaves, capsicum, fry it , till it cooks, add the masala , enough water, bring it to boil, add tamarind juice salt to taste, jaggery, boil it for few more minutes,Ready to serve. Ingredients:( tondekayee[Ivy guard]gojju) ********************************* Ivy guard-half kilo Bengal gram -1 tbsp Black gram -1 tbsp Mustard-1 tsp Sesame-1 tsp Red chillies-5 to 6 Freshly grated coconut- 1 cup Tamarind soak it in water - as per the taste Jaggery,salt to taste Pressure cook the chopped Ivy guard( one whistle is enough) Preparation: ************************************ In a teaspoon of oil roast all the ingredients as shown in the videos , grind it with a cup of freshly grated coconut. In pan add two tables spoon of oil, add mustard, curry leaves, add cooked Ivy guard, add the masala , enough water, bring it to boil, add tamarind juice salt to taste, jaggery, boil it for few more minutes,Ready to serve. In pan add two tables spoon of oil, add mustard, curry leaves, add cooked Chow chow , add enough water to cover it and let it cook,(can add half teaspoon of salt), when it is cooked , add the grind masala , bring it to boil, add tamarind juice salt to taste, jaggery, boil it for few more minutes,Ready to serve.
