Make sure subtitles are ON and follow what he says which are the words in ALL CAPS. . If you make a mistake reload the auto-save and you will still get the achievement. I suggest you pause the game and watch the video starting at (01:24:00)so you know what to expect and make sure you have subtitles turned on. to see how it works. They are always random words and you must do every action perfect with no mistakes.
