Apple Park: Construction begins on The Observatory | August 2023

Apple is quietly building an all-new facility near the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park. According to planning documents obtained from the City of Cupertino, Apple obtained a building permit in July 2023 for the new facility. It's just one of several projects currently underway at the campus. Other projects include electrical and HVAC upgrades to the Steve Jobs Theater, plumbing upgrades at the Fitness Center, and the installation of new server racks inside the main building.
