Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (PS4) - Floating Car Glitch

I ran across this floating car while I was doing the 100 taxi fare missions for the 100% completion. I was so busy focusing on the floating car, that I almost forgot that I was doing the taxi missions! The music used in this video was from the VROCK radio station. I do now own any of the music.
