Ingredients: 1.5 kg Lamb Chop 400g Low Fat Natural Yogurt 3/4tsp Dried Cumin 3/4tsp Dried Coriander Seeds 1 and 1/2 tspPepper Salt (to taste) 5 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 tsp Dried Red Chilli 1 and 1/2 tbsp Green Chilli 1/4 tsp Yellow Food Colouring Method 1. using a mallet tenderise your lamb chops, by lightly beating them. 2. mix together Oil, Lemon Juice, Low Fat Yogurt with the spices. 3. Once the marinade is made, mix in your lambs chops, be sure to coat all the lamb chops thoroughly. Set aside for a minimum of 2 Hours. 4. Cook these on a barbecue, you can cook these in the oven too.
