All of Velo Minon's voice clips from the Japanese version of Crash Nitro Kart, provided by an unknown voice actor. Velo Minion is the only character from Nitro Kart who does not return at all for Nitro-Fueled, but considering that he's essentially a palette swap of Real Velo, that might not be surprising.
