Nancy was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2006 after months of reporting symptoms to multiple doctors. She was in her mid-30's. She ended up in her community hospital's ER where they found a tumor on her aorta. After being transferred to Mount Sinai, it was discovered that the tumor was actually ovarian cancer. Nancy has had two recurrences, multiple surgeries and chemotherapies and credits her Woman to Woman partner and the program with getting her -- and her family - through it. Three years ago, Nancy joined Woman to Woman as a volunteer to help give back to other women. She continues to see patients despite her ongoing treatment and serves as an inspiration to everyone! She is joined in this video by her husband Jose. To join the conversation about Ovarian Cancer awareness and symptoms, please visit http://www.facebook.com/mountsinainyc...
