Cleveland weather forecast: Freeze warnings issued for tonight

Your Cleveland weather forecast is brought to you by 3News Meteorologist Matt Wintz! As we begin to clear out tonight, we'll turn much colder. A Freeze Warning has been issued for almost all of Northeast Ohio with the exception being locations right in and along Lake Erie. Temps are expected to dip into the upper 20s to low 30s under partially clearing skies, especially away from the lake. What do we say hello to after this? How about some sunshine, a warm southwesterly breeze, and weather days of 60s and 70s? The nice side of fall is back in Cleveland. Expect a slow rebound though on Thursday with clouds and some sun peeks. Highs will struggle to get out of the 40s, likely settling just south of 50 degrees. We'll bring more sunshine in here Friday with highs reaching into the low 60s. Friday night football looks fantastic.
