Building realistic Industries in Cities Skylines 2. Is it as good as CS:1? Mac Island E16

The industries are in full spring in this kind of Part.2 episode following the development of our brand new seaport and ship lanes. I currently use a MacBook Pro 16in M1 Max 32go of unified memory. I'm using Parallel desktop Pro edition so I can allocate 24go of unified memory to Windows 11. Paradox Mods in the build.
