Have you ever baked Lenten pastries? Now is the time! Today I'm sharing a recipe with you and showing you how to make a delicious monastery gingerbread with strong tea and jam. Of course, I changed the recipe a little, adding cocoa, nuts, and dried cranberries, and the result is such a delicious pastry that no one will even guess it's Lenten! It can be baked in the oven or in a slow cooker. Enjoy!
