Jack & Jill Event Round 3 Swing

Performed at the Morristown Showcase, May 20, 2011. The Jack & Jill Event occurs during the social portion of the competition. Ladies & gentlemen from all studios put their names in separate hats and are drawn and matched randomly, thus many partners are dancing together for the very first time and are of diverse levels (social ease-gold and everywhere in between). The judge walks the floor during each round, selecting couples to advance by tagging them. Round 1 (Rumba) began with about 25 couples. Round 2 (Cha Cha) whittled the group down to 18. This round, Swing, had 8 couples in it.
