British Airways Airbus A320neo Stunning Morning Takeoff from London Heathrow to Inverness

(4K, 2025) British Airways Airbus A320neo (G-TTNJ) startup and takeoff from Runway 27R on a sunny morning at London Heathrow, operating shuttle flight BA1466 to Inverness, Scotland, in early May 2025. You can skip to the airport at timestamp 01:35, the pushback at timestamp 02:50, or the takeoff at timestamp 06:50. My trip to the Scottish Highlands started with an overnight stay in the Sofitel Hotel at Heathrow Terminal 5, and so the journey started that morning from there, leaving the hotel, and heading into a busy early morning at Terminal 5 via the connecting walkway. There was no hanging around as I made my way through security to gate A8 for the flight. The gate staff tried to take my wheelie bag off me as a Group 5 passenger (they did this for all group 3, 4, and 5 passengers before boarding started), and despite explaining my medical condition and that I couldn't risk loosing my medication and nebuliser equipment, I had to produce my medical letter before they let me keep it. It was a really stunning morning for flying with clear blue skies and sunshine - I'm posting this as summer comes to an end, whereas when I took this flight summer was just beginning! Only my second time on a BA A320neo, and my first time down the back. For such a great aircraft, it sadly has the same "ironing-board" seats in economy that you also find in the new Aer Lingus A320neos. Regardless though, the BA cabin crew are excellent as always, with great on-board service, and very comfortable flight. I love the view as we turn North just after takeoff over The Queen Mother Reservoir!
