Dark Souls: Goat Demon Hack / Defeat the Goat Demon without fighting

You know Dark Souls and how incredibly tough the bosses are? The Goat Demon in Dark Souls 1 takes things to a whole new level. You have to fight him in a very small arena, and to make matters worse, he's guarded by two dogs. To avoid this danger, there's a little hack that lets you defeat the Goat Demon without even fighting him. I'll show you how to do it here.
