Madhav has secured 148th rank in UPSC in the third attempt itself. He had given interview last year too, but could not come in merit. He attended SMT SRIDEVI AVIDYAPEETH and he pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING at MALVIYA NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY, JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN. He attempted the civil services exam in English Medium with GEOLOGY as his Optional Subject.
