Back to the absolute basics. I've been working on my Muay Thai rhythm using a great footwork drill I learned from the FightTips channel. This is a two-day compilation, and you can see the difference ,it takes time to be comfortable with footwork rhythm and i am still not good as pro fighters. Day 1 was all clumsy and awkward. By Day 2, it started to feel a little more natural. It's amazing how a simple rhythm drill can change everything about your movement. Still have a long way to go to make it second nature, but this is the real work right here. The foundation for everything else.
