On hearing both sides, the Hon'ble Bench decided to consider Review of SLP filed by GOI on Kerala HC Order first, stating that the same will have ramifications in our cases. 4 The review petition may be taken up by the three Judge bench headed by Hon'ble CJI. 5. If the Review petition is dismissed, our case will become easier, but if it doesn't, then our cases will go a little longer. 7 . On asking how long will it take, she said that it possibly will move faster and may not take more than a month or so. Also, she said that she'll do the follow ups.
