President Biden held a press conference from NATO headquarters in Brussels on Thursday (3/24) after meeting with allies and world leaders to discuss the consequences of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Thursday (3/24) marked the one-month anniversary of Russia’s invasion. President Biden stated that he never said sanctions would deter Putin.
