During a Senate Foreign Relations Committee hearing titled, "Sudan's Imperiled Transition: U.S. Policy in the Wake of the October 25th Coup," U.S. Senator Mitt Romney (R-UT) questioned witnesses on Russia and China's role in encouraging militant coups replacing democratically-elected governments around the world.
