Yakuza 0 is an action-adventure game set in an open world environment and played from a third-person perspective. The game takes place in December 1988, in Kamurocho and Sōtenbori, fictionalized recreations of Tokyo's Kabukichō and Osaka's Dōtonbori areas respectively.
