DCUO - All Character's Best Rotations for Legends PvE (heavy clipping)
•☆.•*´¨`*ஐ More Info ஐ*´¨`*•.☆• Keep in mind that this is more of a beginners guide than anything else. Veteran players may not need this. Many of the "rotations" are either basically the most powerful combo clipped with a power or a certain combo spam (Two-handed). Sometimes the simplest is the best. I recorded what, in my opinion, is the best way to deal damage in Legends PVE with all characters. Most combos are pure melee, which in LPVE isn't usually a problem (except for certain boss in Paradox Wave). I also added a few variations for those characters who were capable of it: melee/range and single target/group variations. Not all combos work for every situation e.g. if a small add is about to die don't bother trying to perform a long combo, it'd die first. Just finish it with a shorter combo or with a power. Nevertheless this combos work for almost every situation. They're my bread and butter for each legend character.
