The Division 2 - True Patriot | Hazard Build | No Bleed Backfire | 70 Round Mag | PVE #PS4

Hi Agents, I tried a Hazard Backfire No-Bleed SMG Build running 2pc True Patriot to increase the mag to 70. I'm running 97% Bleed Resistance on this build and suffer no bleed dmg on reload.
