2 Teens, Brooklyn Park Man Charged in Killing of Ex-Girlfriend

Investigators say the ex-boyfriend of Zaria McKeever recruited two teens to beat up McKeever’s boyfriend, but McKeever ended up shot and killed. Erick Haynes, 22, of Brooklyn Park has been charged with second-degree murder and according to the criminal complaint, had been “threatening and harassing” the victim for weeks.
