Gwyndolin resides in the area in Anor Londo located below the main building. To reach this place you have to move the spinning platform all the way down, so that the top part reaches the bottom entrance of the cathedral. To access the boss fight you have to either have the Darkmoon Seance Ring equipped or kill Gwynevere. The Darkmoon Seance Ring can be found in the Catacombs. The boss fight is really easy, just hide behind the pillars and move from pillar to pillar while inching your way closer to him. When he teleports away just repeat the same thing.
