Today I look at what is for some the ultimate comfort food. Macaroni Cheese or Mac 'n' Cheese if you're from across the pond. I taste the wonderful Barber's Vintage Mature Cheddar, aged for 2 years and the surprisingly pokey Kaltbach Creamy and Tasty from the amazing caves of Kaltbach, Switzerland.
