I was craving for Vada pav but using remaining fried oil is a big headache for me. so I thought lets have vada sandwich. Its mixture is same and its not fried, so saving some calories there. Ingredients:- 3 garlic pods 4 small sized boiled potato some ginger some green chillies some curry leaves some coriander leaves 1/4 Tsp mustard seeds 1 Tbsp Oil 1 Tsp Turmeric powder Salt as per taste 2 toasted Bread slices Steps involved 1) Make paste out of garlic, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves 2) Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds 3) Add paste made in step 1 to the pan and fry 4) Add turmeric powder, potatoes, salt and mix them well 5) Put this mixture between 2 toasted bread Vada Sandwich is ready!!
