2014 Nissan Rogue Select - Interior Lights

Map lights are located above the rearview mirror and the ceiling light is located above the second row of seats. The map lights and ceiling lights are controlled by two different three-position switches, which look different, but function the same. • In the ON position, the map and ceiling lights illuminate regardless of door positions. • In the DOOR position, the map and ceiling lights illuminate and remain on for a period of time: o when the ignition switch is placed in the LOCK position, o when the doors are unlocked using the key fob and the ignition switch is in the LOCK position, o when any door is opened and then closed with the ignition switch in the LOCK position, and o when any door is opened with the ignition switch in the ACC or ON position. • In the OFF position, the map and ceiling lights do not illuminate regardless of door positions. This switch controls the light in the cargo area of the vehicle. • When this switch is in the ON position, the cargo light illuminates when the liftgate is open and turns off when the liftgate closes. • When the switch is in the OFF position, the cargo light will remain off.
