MEXICO CITY, Mexico. Mexico City is coming back to life. Ann Fissler is celebrating her country's victory against the H1n1 virus. As an immunologist she founded Mexico's first ever research laboratory to focus on influenza. She says scientists out here often feel isolated but in this last battle the government supported them.
