Harry Potter Author Ruins Her Fanbase

This is just the beginning, mere icing on the cake of the issue of JK Rowling and her view regarding the LBGTQI+ community, many of which are her fans. While I am not gay or trans or directly affected by their issues, I can still see how Rowling has alienated that community. Her work of which many of the people this concerns are fans, is about acceptance, inclusion, coming together despite differences. Through appreciation many found a place to belong. It seems not everyone has a place at 'Hogwarts' or in the world. I don't know how I feel about the franchise that has brought me joy but the author has lost my respect. The evidence is in her tweets, essays and her latest book under the pseudonym, Robert Galbraith demonizing the trans community.
