WMIX Sports: Mt. Vernon Rams Basketball vs. Teutopolis Wooden Shoes - 2013-14
The Mt. Vernon Rams were given the honor of playing the very first game in the Inaugural Effingham-Teutopolis Christmas Classic against the host Teutopolis Wooden Shoes. The Rams caught fire early with a 6-0 run, but surrendered the first quarter lead after a 12-0 T-Town run. Both teams had 2nd half runs, but the Wooden Shoes took the win--55-42.
