2 people shot, 1 killed in West Palm Beach, police investigating

West Palm Beach police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened at 3:53 p.m. Wednesday. Two victims were located at two different locations, one on the 500 block of 18th Street and the other on the 400 block of 24th Street, which are in close proximity to one another.
