Thune: President Obama Backs "29 percent of the Above" Energy Policy

GOP Senators hold a press conference to discuss President Obama's trip to Oklahoma to tout construction on 29 percent of Keystone XL pipeline that doesn't require presidential approval. Earlier this year, President Obama rejected the Keystone XL pipeline. According to a new Gallup poll, 57 percent of Americans support the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline.
