SC will hear Prashant Bhushan's plea against Ranjit Sinha
The way in which Prashant Bhushan got his hands on the visitor's log from the official residence of the CBI Director Ranjit Sinha needs to be lawful and above board for it to be accepted as evidence in the Supreme Court. But, Ranjit Sinha's side will say that the log cannot be entered into court as evidence because of the way it was obtained and that it was tampered with.
