Not all individuals with fibromyalgia suffer from an anxiety or depressive disorder. And just because you get a little anxious doesn't mean you have a mental illness. Lastly, just because you get a little depressed once in a while, doesn't mean you have a depressive disorder. Everyone suffers from anxiety or depression on occasion. We're in this together!
