This challenge is located in the first DLC "Target Führer" and the best way to solve this challenge is on easy difficulty. The Eternal Struggle is a pistole which you can find in the armory in the dockyard section of this mission. The key for the armory is also in the same building where the armory is. Go to the rooftop and jump in the window und pick up the key from the dead body. Go in the basement, open the armory and pick up the pistole. With the pistole equip kill Hitler and the challenge is solved.
