Last month, I faced a challenge that felt too big for me. I had to give a short presentation in English, and even though it was only five minutes, it felt like climbing a mountain. I am not confident when speaking in front of people, and I was afraid I would forget my words or make mistakes. To prepare, I practiced every day. I recorded myself, listened, and tried again. I also asked a friend for feedback. The more I practiced, the more I understood the topic and the clearer my ideas became. I still felt nervous, but I realized that nervousness is not the enemy—lack of preparation is. When the day finally came, I took a deep breath and started talking. I was not perfect, but I stayed calm and finished my presentation. That moment taught me something important: a difficult task becomes easier when I take small steps and stay patient with myself.
