Legal notice has been sent to 20 plus farmer union leaders in the Republic Day violence case. Charges of sedition and attempt to murder are leveled. 394 cops have been injured in the violence that broke on Jan 26 during the farmers' tractor rally parade. The leaders are asked to give written explanation on the matter as to why did they not follow the guidelines put in the no objection certificate given by the Delhi police. Home Minister Amit Shah also visited the injured cops at two hospitals in the Civil Lines. He boosted the morale of the injured police personnel. The Delhi police commissioner. S.N.
