This boss is located in Heian - Hachijo - Anneibo Temple - when facing the shrine turn left and climb up the scaffolding, then you can drop into a slightly hidden cave with this boss at the end. Has a golden chest icon on map and there's a spirit vein on the way too. You need to backtrack for it later in the game.
