As a seller on the platform, as time goes on and you see the things that eBay does (or does not do) when it comes to the various changes they make, it makes you wonder if they even care how some of these changes impact sellers. Many sellers will say they do not feel valued, eBay fails to communicate these changes time and time again. Do they look at sellers as a dime a dozen and for this reason they just do not care what we think? I have always thought that in life and in business, communication is a huge driving factor for success. Why eBay does not go beyond their monthly chat sessions (ended this month), their monthly seller check ins is beyond me. What eBay does has a huge impact on thousands of business big and small and you would think that based on the sheer amount of money they make from sellers, they could do better communicating with us.
