High Protein Beef Stew! Are you in the mood for some warm up meals? Macros are excellent! For 1 Bowl Of 450g is 272 Cals 30g Of Protein 30g Carbs 4g Fat Note - tomorrow I’ll be doing a whole post on how to track this effectively! So stay tuned! Ingredients 1500g Stewing Beef 1800g of Beef Broth (2 Containers) 300g California Mix 300g Peas and Carrot Mix 100g Celery 1100g Potatoes 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour Spices 2 tbsp Chili powder 2 Tbsp Garlic powder 1 Tbsp Onion powder 1-2 Tbsp Black Ground Pepper 1 Tbsp Thyme 1 Tbsp Rosemary Note: this is a massive recipe so don’t hesitate to reduce it down to 1/2 or 2/3rds Instructions Lightly oil a pan and brown the outside of your stewing beef Place the half the both broth in the crockpot. Note: this may actually be a better time to mix your spices in as I found it hard to mix in with the crock pot full. Add in your beef and all your veggies and all your potatoes. Top off with bone broth until all food is covered. Place on low heat for 8 hour or high heat for 4 hours. Mix 1.3-1.5 Cups of water with the whole wheat flour, then pour and mix in the stew. Keep cooking on low for another 45-60 minutes. And enjoy!
