RYA Safety Boat Capsize Recovery - Sailors Perspective

Helping out on a RYA Safety Boat course by being the "victim". There's plenty of videos on how to do a recovery of a capsized sailboat - thought it would be interesting to see the sailors perspective. Boat is anchored for this exercise, and loose items removed (including the bailer, which would have been handy, but the bucket worked out better when I remembered it was there).
