#homemade #tasty #food #recipe #cooking #healthy #vegetarian #paneerbuttermasala Restaurant style paneer butter masala Paneer 200 g( cut into cubes ) 5 cloves 4 cardamom 2 cups finely chopped onion 3 Kashmiri chilli Small pieces of ginger 3 garlic cloves 3 tomatoes finely chopped 10 cashews 1/4 cup water 1 finely chopped onion 2 bay leaves Masala 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp coriander powder 11/2 tsp gram masala powder 1/4 tsp cumin seed powder 1 tsp chilli powder 11/2 tbs milk powder 1/2 tsp condensed milk 1 tbs Kasthuri methi 1 tbs finely minced coriander leaves Salt 1/2 cup boiling water Fresh cream Method Heat a non stick pan add 1 tbs butter, 1 tsp sunflower oil , on low heat add cloves and cardamom, add finely chopped onions , saute until transparent, then add Kashmiri chilli and tomatoes, then cashews , cover and cook for 5 minutes, once it cools down, grind this to a paste ( add 1/4 cup water to grind ) then seive the tomato and onion mix In a different pan add oil and butter, then add bay leaf ,finely chopped onion , saute until brown,on low flame add the masala’s Then add tomato puree , saute until rawness goes, then add milk powder and condensed milk, again cook with lid covered on low flame, add coriander leaves, and Kasturi methi , then add 1/2 cup boiling water and paneer cubes , cook for 2 minutes and garnish with fresh cream
